GENERAL is the brand used on this website. The seller and website operator is GENERAL ELECTRONIQUE DIFFUSION.

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For eligible online purchases, customers may notify us of their decision to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date the goods are received.

Please include your order number, your name and the product you wish to return.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, the product must be returned within the applicable legal return period.

Please contact us before sending a return so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

2. Return Address

Unless we provide different instructions, approved returns must be sent to:

This return address is different from our registered office and shipping origin.

3. Condition of Returned Products

Products should be returned complete and with all accessories supplied with them.

Customers may handle a product only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Where reasonably possible, the original packaging should also be returned.

If a product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, a reduction in value may apply where permitted by applicable law.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For eligible returns under the 14-day right of withdrawal, GENERAL bears the reasonable standard return shipping cost.

Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return procedure.

Do not use an unusually expensive or non-standard return service without our prior agreement.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

Damaged;
Defective;
Incorrect;
Different from the product ordered;
Otherwise non-conforming;

please contact support@generalvvs.com as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.

Where the problem is confirmed, GENERAL will bear the reasonable return shipping cost and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

6. No Restocking Fee

GENERAL does not charge any restocking fee.

7. Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged, subject to availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may arrange a return and refund instead.

8. Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and checked, we aim to process the refund within a maximum of:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

After GENERAL processes the refund, your bank or card provider may require additional time before the amount appears on your account.

Where applicable under the statutory right of withdrawal, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded.

9. Order Cancellation or Modification

You may request to cancel or modify an order before it has been dispatched.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment.

If the order has already been dispatched, the standard return procedure will apply.

GENERAL currently sells new physical electronic products.

We do not currently sell:

Used products;
Refurbished products;
Personalized products;
Made-to-order products;
Perishable goods.

11. Legal Guarantees

This Return & Refund Policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights, including the French legal guarantee of conformity and the statutory protection relating to hidden defects.

GENERAL does not provide an additional commercial warranty beyond applicable statutory guarantees.
