We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or defective products.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and attach clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
